The members of the European Chamber draft positions papers on the European regulations, either during their elaboration or their reform, to bring their good practises and recommendation in order to enhance their use and efficiency.

Actually, the members have been involved at every stages of the elaboration of the EU regulation 655/2014 related to the European account preservation order, which will be a major instrument to facilitate cross-border recovery. Indeed, the members are currently working of the reform of the EU regulation 1393/2007 on the service of documents in Europe and others regulation dealing with the European cooperation in civil and commercial matters.

They are also part of the debates with their counterparts notaries (CNUE) and lawyers (CCBE) on the implementation of the e-Justice action plan of the Council of the European Union.
